A little about me....

My name is Lisa Rowell, owner of L'Vantage Consulting Firm and I serve as a leadership consultant helping individuals and organizations create the future they want. I help to clarify core values, establish a purpose, mission and vision, and work with clients in developing an action plan to effectively move toward future goals. I serve as a partner with your organization and provide you with the in-depth assessment, development and coaching needed to achieve exceptional organizational effectiveness.

With certification in such programs as the 6 Seconds Emotional Intelligence Network, Blanchard Training and Development, and Organizational Learning and Development, I am able to administer assessments that provide valid and reliable data to help employees within your company work together toward a common goal.

I will develop and revamp the leadership within your associate and management teams while providing a high energy and motivating experience for your organization and managerial staff. I assist in increasing energy and creativity throughout your company so you can see profit-generating results. I teach, motivate and speak on topics that add purpose, value and organization within the workplace.
